Maintenance Program
Not all repairs can be eliminated by maintenance but a majority of them can be. I have always believed that it is easy to put out sparks or a campfire, but if you let it go you could have WILD FIRE!

The maintenance program is recommended by all owners manuals and is suggested by the Southern California utility companies and Southern California Gas Company.

• Flush out the water tank
  
• Clean out the tankless water heater
  
• Check your water pressure
  
• Free drain cleaning any drain line in the house or main line, Must have an accessible clean out.
